Ricky Schroder rose to fame as the child star in the 80s TV show, "Silver Spoons." He continued acting throughout the 80s and 90s, popularly starring in the cop show "NYPD Blue." Schroder, like many actors, turned his talents to directing. Most recently directing and acting alongside his daughter in "Our Wilde Hearts," a TV movie which aired on the Hallmark Channel in March 2013. In the interview, Schroder talks about directing his kids and writing the script with his daughter in mind.
