WENDY CASEY MOHLER-Screenwriter

When Wendy was thirty nine she decided to return to Ohio State University, pretending to be a nursing major; she didn't want to be a nurse. Wendy merely needed dialogue for a character in a script she was writing. However, she did end up staying to pursue her degree in psychology. This in turn, worked out very well, as she decided to be true to herself and requested permission to enroll in the upper level screenwriting classes. Wendy drove nearly two hours one way to study and pursue the passion.Wendys most current employment is as a writing consultant at Ohio State University. In 1998 her screenplay entitled SURREAL QUALITIES was offered an option agreement. Additionally, at this time she is currently attached to additional writing projects. Wendy also joined the writing team at Cineplex Studios and wrote episode #3 of THE CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE, which was followed by becoming the lead writer for Cineplex. Wendys latest feature screenplay is THE PRODIGAL FILM currently in pre production and is soon be to a major film production with Michael D. Walters, producer and founder of HD Texas, based on his treatment.Additionally, Wendy has another feature in pre production SEVEN NIGHTS and it is her very own title to be filmed in Florida. When Wendy is not writing or helping students become better writers, she can be found in her horse barn. Wendys own titles include MEMORY TRACE, SURREAL QUALITIES, DEADLY SPIRITS, 8 DAY CLOCK, and THE DOGS KNOW.
