Well there is the issue of the “No Fly Zone's” over Syrian being proposed by the Unites Nations Security Council on August 11th 2012 which US Secretary Hillary Clinton from Washington and Turkey seeking to aid Syrian rebels fighting to overthrow President Bashar al-Assad, including a no-fly zone.
